In my opinion this demo does NOT show wh. I think he is just a very good player, uses sound well. Some of his kills look a bit weird but that happens to all players. About the points you talked about:

Your first and second reasons are a little hard to understand. The first I guess it's about not pre-shooting at players when he doesn't know if they are red or blue?
About the second reason, you can see that altough he kills the guy that appears from behind the wall, he doesn't see the one on the window and he doesn't point at the guy in the water until he comes into his field of view.

The last points:
The grenade behind the door: At first, he opens the door and only looks right. It's only after the guy hidding behind the door on the left shoots that he knows he is there and kills him with the grenade.
The two kills on the door: He doesn't trace them, he just waits for them to open the door, it's a normal kill in that situation.
