A weekly rotation, so only 7 maps are needed.


I love this idea, but with the superman map :D

I am NOT a big fan of servers that rotate maps. Many players (including myself) will leave a server when they get to maps they hate, this tends to empty out the server. I think it is far more enjoyable pick single map you want to play, and stay there as long as you want.

Here are a few maps I would love to see added in a 24/7 form,

Intermodal_Beta ( without TAC's, if possible)....
This is a huge map, with lots of places to sneak around. Primarily a Sniper map. They used to run this on another server and it was always full, It was very common to see players say "I love this map".

This is another big map, one of the more exotic maps in URT.

ut4_island_final ( without TAC's, if possible)....

!!! Important !!! ... Keep in mind that I have nothing against players that use TAC's, some of my favorite players use them. But there are certain maps where TAC's defeat the entire purpose of the map ( example... Dark Forrest is completely ruined by TAC's )

A new 24/7 Swim server would be fantastic.
It must've been ages since I last played on that map.

Josie knows what he's talking about! I like these ideas, mostly intermodal_beta!! (full disclosure, I'm mostly sniper ;))

A 24/7 TDM server I have good memories of is 24/7 Swim. The success being that it is small and very playable even with less people.
A success server with rotating maps I remember was called Amsterdam TDM. The essence - it was a server with many different (smaller) maps. For the record it ran the maps:
ut4_casa, ut4_kingdom, ut4_turnpike, ut4_abbey, ut4_uptown, ut4_algiers, ut4_harbortown, ut4_ramelle,
ut4_toxic, ut4_riyadh, ut4_suburbs, ut4_crossing, ut4_subway, ut4_dicks, ut4_terrorism4, ut4_ambush, ut4_paris_v2, ut4_terrorism6, ut4_tunis
But that was all some time ago and newer maps are available now.

For now I would vote for a Swim 24/7 TDM server.
