** VOTE NOW ** Make Spawnkill Against The Rules???

Hello,

As you all know Spawnkilling is not against the rules on our server, Before the DN Clan closed Spawnkilling was against the rules because its unfair to get spawnkilled, its like cheating in my opinion, I've had a few players complain to me about Spawnkilling therefor I'm calling a public vote in this forum to make it agains tthe rules.

If you wish to Vote please comment with "+1" to make it against the rules and "-1" to allow spawnkilling.

This is a public vote so anybody can vote :D

This vote will last for 1 week.

Imho it should be against the rules. Having several players from the other team camp your team's spawn takes the fun out of the game as you get killed almost instantly upon spawning.

SPAWN PROTECTION
You set it for example 3 seconds, and that gives the fresh respawned player 3 secs of advantage over the spawnkillers... So 3 seconds long he can easy choose weapon and aim on target without caring bout getting shot...
Of course you can set spawn protection longer, but this will result in players who are alrdy far from their spawn still being spawn protected.
(Yes, i know that you know all of this, but i felt like keyboard-training my fingers in the morning :P)


BTW you said youd make a vote bout FF. I see a lot of players prefer it on, so I think such a vote could be good.

I don't like spawnkillers but we have 3 sec respawn-protection, so the you can easily kill the spawncamper. And if someone is afk in spawn it's his own fault if he comes back and was killed 50 times.

3 seconds respawn protection is not enough for the most players , because the spawncampers dont stand always on the same place from where they killed their last enemie.They try to hide and change their position.Additional they use goggles and smoke and some of them are spawnnaders too.So if you respawn, you have to notice your respawning point...stand ( maybe ) in smoke ( not all players using goggles or arent experienced enough to handle them) and have to fight back an hidden enemie , whos only waiting for you. And this all in 3 seconds! Question : how can you survive when a timed nade is exploding right after your protection? Especially in the respawn area in the castle you have no chance to run away when 10 players are respawning with you.
Why are players camping the respawn area? Answer: simply to earn some cheap and unfair kills.Thats absolutely poor!
So tell where you see an game improvement !
And please dont forget how it looks and feels for unexperienced players and beginners in UrT when they get killed 5 times in a row right after respawning! Urban Terror need players who really like to play on your ( all ) servers and getting spawnkilled will absolutely not be helpful to make our game survive the next years!
