1. INTRODUCTION
The website and the Drunknoobs game servers are owned by the Urban Terror clan called Drunknoobs (hereafter referred to as “the clan”, “DN”, “Drunknoobs”, “we” or “our”). The clan was established in 2011 and its servers as well as website have since been a popular gathering place for Urban Terror players. 
The player (also referred to as “you”, “user”, “users” or “players”) is applicable to these terms and conditions.

2. APPLICABILITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. It is a condition of your use of a service offered by Drunknoobs that you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you don't agree with any part, please do not use our services.

3. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may change these terms and conditions to reflect: (a) changes in applicable laws; (b) regulatory or security requirements; (c) relevant guidance or codes of practice; (d) technical alterations to DN services; and (e) to improve clarity and consistency.
Please check the terms and conditions whenever you use a DN service. We will treat your continued use of a DN service as acceptance of these changes from their effective date (as shown above). If you do not agree with the changes you should stop using the DN services.

4. USER CONTENT
Anything (chat, text, images, videos, files) posted on the DN website, our Discord server and/or in the DN game servers is done by user consent. When using our services, the user agrees to follow our rules as well as having their data as well as posted content collected and stored in our database. Discord is an exception to this, here posted content is stored in their database.
This data may be used by DN as reference in case the user has not followed our rules or that the content posted or the actions done by the user have come to the point that we are forced to restrict or terminate the relationship between the user and the clan.

You agree that the clan will not under any circumstances be liable for any user content, including, but not limited to, errors in any user content, or any loss or damage incurred by use of user content. The clan reserves the right to remove and permanently delete your content from the services with or without notice for any reason or no reason. You may notify the clan of any user content that you believe violates these terms, or other inappropriate user behavior, by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. our leaders on our Discord server, using the private message feature on the website or using the report tool in the forums.

5. OUR SERVICES
Drunknoobs offers services, such as the website, the game servers as well as a Discord channel for free for all Urban Terror players. When using our services, the user agrees not only to follow our rules and the collection of user data, but also to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies of the companies we offer our services through.

5.1 THE URBAN TERROR -GAME
The Urban Terror game is property of Frozensand. Playing the game means you also agree to their privacy policy as well as terms and conditions.

5.1.1 OUR GAME SERVERS
Our game servers run the Urban Terror game version 4.3. We reserve the rights to update the running game version to the latest version if patches and bug fixes are released.

5.1.2 GAME SERVER MODERATION
We moderate the server by using the Big Brother Bot (or B3 for short) as well as our own built tools (echelon). We also have a server moderation team in place to take appropriate action against players if needed. (more in section 6)

5.1.3 COLLECTION OF A PLAYER’S GAMING DATA
We use XLR-stats to collect your gaming data, this includes but not limited to kills, deaths, ratio, weapons, enemies and so on.

5.2 THE DISCORD APPLICATION
The Discord application is property of Discord Inc. By using our Discord -server you are subject to their terms and conditions, privacy policy and rules. You are also subject to the DN rules and terms and conditions. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against a Discord user in our server if needed.

6. GAME SERVER MODERATION
To keep the server a friendly place for fragging we have a server moderation team. This team can mute, kick, temporarily ban (temp ban) or permanently ban (perm ban) a player from accessing the server.
- A player may be muted if they are disruptive or acting condescending towards other players on the game server. If muted, you can continue to play on the game server, but you will not able to use the chat.
o We may initiate an instant mute as soon as a player is seen joining the servers based on their chat history and previous behavior.
-A player can be kicked if they are being disruptive or have lost connection to the server.
oConnection Interrupted (CI) players are kicked to free up server space when theserver is full.
-A player may be temporarily banned from accessing the server if their behavior requiresa cool down.
-A player may be permanently banned as a result of their actions or behavior reachingthe point of no return, such as but not limited to avoiding moderator actions, cheating,too many warnings and temp bans. If a permanent ban is initiated, then the relationshipbetween the player and Drunknoobs is terminated.

7.DATA COLLECTION
The clan reserves the right to collect and store user data for reference in moderation cases.We also need your data for the website, more of this below. We do not sell your data tothird parties. For moderation purposes we also need to keep a history of the data we havecollected. By using our services, you agree to having your data collected and stored.
For moderation purposes we cannot offer a way for the user to opt-out of this as we mayneed to take user history into account when taking action against a player. If you are notcomfortable in having the below mentioned data collected, please refrain from using ourservices.

The data we collect are as follows:
-Your IP address both in game and on the forums (current as well as a history of all IP-addresses you have joined the forums or the game servers with). We have a need tostore your IP address, to be able to connect your forum account with your in-gameprofile.
-Your in-game name (current as well as all aliases you have joined the server with).
-A history of your in-game chat log is kept for moderation purposes and chat review inmoderation cases.
-Your game fingerprint known as GUID (Globally Unique IDentifier). This is used by the B3bot to identify the player.
-Your e-mail address (stored in case a leader from the clan needs to get a hold of youthrough e-mail. The e-mail address is also needed when registering an account on thewebsite, so the system can send you a verification e-mail).

8.FOLLOWING THE RULES
By using our services, you acknowledge our rules and agree to follow the current version ofany of the rules we have set in place. We have the rules to maintain and offer a peacefulenvironment for fragging, chatting as well as discussion. Failure to comply to the rules may(and often will) result in a removal of your privileges. Removal of privileges includes, but notlimited to, a mute, a kick or a ban.

9.DEMOS OF GAMEPLAY
Drunknoobs aims to keep its game servers clean of cheaters. Part of this mission is asking players to upload demos of players, whose gameplay they find suspicious, to the forum. Thereafter Drunknoobs reserves the right to keep uploaded demos of confirmed cheaters, potential cheaters as well as clean players on the forums for moderation purposes and reference in taking potential action against players. Because demos of cheaters are needed for moderation purposes (as well as cross-banning), the verified cheater (or anyone else) may not ask the clan or the uploader to remove the demo of a verified cheater.

9.1 CROSS-BANNING
In case a player has been found cheating or disruptive on any other Urban Terror server we reserve the right to also take appropriate action against said player on our game servers as well as website.

10.THE WEBSITE AND THE FORUMS
By using the website and the forums you agree to having cookies collected in order toimprove the user experience on the website.
You understand that by posting on the forums you also give your consent to having your ipaddress stored. You also understand that anything you post is publicly available to read,copy-paste and/or download.

10.1 REMOVAL OF CONTENT
A user may remove their content from the forums by using the editing feature in the forums. You should be aware that removing content from public display may not ensure the complete or comprehensive deletion of the posted content.

10.2 DELETING A USER ACCOUNT
The user does not have the option to delete their user account on their own. Only a handful of website administrators have this ability. If you would like your user account deleted please contact Mazfer at This email address is being protected from spambots. 10.3 SPAM AND/OR AD BOTS
A system is set in place to blacklist these and stop them from registering an account on the website. However, if they manage to get through, the accounts will be manually and permanently removed from the system’s database.

11.DONATIONS
THE CLAN IS NOT REQUIRED TO REFUND ANY DONATED AMOUNT OF MONEY. WE ARE ALSO
NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN CASE A USER HAS DONATED MORE OR LESS THAN ORIGINALLY INTENDED.
Donating to keep the website and the game servers running is completely optional. You understand that we process your donation through the PayPal service and that your donation will go to maintenance and upkeep of the servers for the users.

12. TERMINATION AND OTHER ACTIONS AGAINST A USER
The clan reserves the right to terminate the relationship between a player and the clan. Drunknoobs is not required to provide you with any notice or warning prior to termination. You may, as the result of termination, lose access to the website and/or the game server and/or other servers or other websites that are in no control of the clan.
We, however, require enough evidence in case we decide to terminate the relationship. When permanently banning cheaters, we ask for a demo of the cheater to be posted on our forums.
In case of termination, the clan is not to be held responsible for the actions taken and what could follow. You are solely responsible for your own actions on the server and the website as well as the consequences they may lead to.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge and agree that the clan is not liable nor to be held responsible for any user content or user actions as the user is held responsible for their own actions and the consequences that may follow.
The clan is not to be held responsible for any user actions on other gaming servers and/or services that may result in Drunknoobs being named.

14. USER DISPUTES
If you feel you have been unfairly treated or banned on the website or the game servers, you may open a dispute. You can do so by posting on the forums in the “User Disputes” section.

15. COPYRIGHT
You understand that the game server (not the game nor the map or maps) and the website are copyright of the clan since 2011. You are not allowed to advertise these as your own or anyone else’s.
