he always disconnect or stop moving when someone spec him.

Hey, thanks for posting the demo.

Unfortunately I don't see any wh or ab there. Try turning on /r_shownormals 1.
Sometimes he aims at the water but there are no enemies diving. And he doesn't see alot of enemies which would be easy kill when he had a wh.

Yep, player is clean, nothing suspicious inside the demo.
