In the first demo, I just see 2 well timed grenades. He just uses the sound of your steps as a timer. If you watch him play, you will see he uses the same technique over and over, so he is very good at it. Also, it would be better if the demo was recorded from his POV, so we would see what he sees. Maybe next time ask another player to do it or watch him yourself.
In the second demo I see nothing strange whatsoever.
