Spotted this guy on Eagle.
He is a tactial player which uses sound to his advantage.
But sometimes he spots people i could never see.
take a look and let me know.

A very skilled player for sure and yes, he's using the sound very well.
The only strange timestamp is for me at 9380:9470 ( water. ladder,train ,go back to kill the enemy on the right side).
But your demo don't contains earlier happenings in this area, so maybe this place was used a lot before you started the demo.
For me not guilty , just a really strong player.
