Yes, he is in glitch and he shot his nade launcher from there. But was that the first time or the eleventh? (slight exageration )
Since he has 2 glitch mentions in his past he would get a 1 day warning while playing (default warning duration).
Giving him a 1 day warning at this time would serve no purpose, as he would not be aware of it and most likely 1 day would pass without him even connecting to the server.
Instead, I will put a notice on him for no tolerance on glitching in the future.
