Nah, TS is simply not fitting the interests of players!
Getting killed in the first seconds and then waiting for the next round you can play on is not what the most players want when they want to play.And the more players join TS , the longer you have to wait for the next round.
Simply a waste of time for a public gameplay.
For improving your personal or team skills , forming a team and improving the clan relations , therefore its ok.
In my opinion a CTF Eagle would be better , in the past the most frequented Eagle servers were CTf servers.
And DN can also join the UZ as a CTF-team!
