Mouse(Mice) Configuration

Damn that's a BIG screen!! Mine is 0,5x0,3 and I woud not want it any bigger...

Frankly, altough it's interesting hearing/reading about different opinions regarding settings (mouse/screen/etc.), I would not put too much importance on it.

I consider myself a little above average UrT player and like I said, my screen is 0.5x0.3, my mouse is the one in the pic and I play on a laptop with the cheapest earplug headphones. Time spent playing will make everyone better, but like in every other game, some will take to it a lot better than others. I play PES like a king but I'm not that good at FIFA, I can kill lot's of guys in Assassins Creed and I'm top 5 in DN Eagle but I last about 36 secs in CS:GO... Just relax and enjoy while you play. It's not configs/mouse/screen/binds/etc that will make that big a difference in the end.

Cheers Mercer-Ye- you're right I need relax and enjoy then the better skill may come. Funny you should mention CS:GO I don't play that much but I play CS source and I'm much better at it and this latest mouse thing hasn't effected it so I wonder if those games turn off windows mouse excel by default. I play that game with my DN tags as well (though not when I want to be a dick). Urban Terror is a more fun game though because of the movement. The screen I use is 3D and will turn 2D in to 3D- it works but the glasses are fragile and I've already shelled out £70 a year ago after I sat on the first pair so I'm reluctant use them(and they give me a headache). I'll try it on Urban Terror today though to see what it looks like- it's not cheat. Nice mouse- keep it simple I say.

Yeah- I never used to be as bad as I was- i went down 5-30 in one. Anyway the good news is the latest config I tried is ok and I can play reasonably well again.

There is no "better config". Each person needs to find their own, playing and making alterations until you are confortable with it. There is no "one size fits all" or "this one is better than the other".
If you still want to use someone else's config (bad idea, imo), you can finds lots of them in here: www.urban-zone.org/index.php?name=Competition&file=config

Be advised as well, Jeffrey when you are trying different configs you'll play really bad until you find one that suits you and are used to it. It may be best to leave yours alone. I had a new game mouse that felt completely different so I had no choice but to fuck about with them.

i use normal mouse so :) but i always play bad so people dont see difference :D

I wouldn't say you play bad Jeffrey and anyway Mercer said he uses an ordinary Microsoft mouse(see pic) and he's top 5 player.

I dont know your problems with your mouse config. ^^

This mouse below is mine and I had never problems with it.
