Changes to PMS

Okay, now that I've got your attention with that title..
Private messaging is now back. With a few changes.
Tell unread and read messages apart with a green border to the left (this was in the old template as well, and same principal as on the forums, so nothing new here)
New cool stuff below!
The inbox has been reworked so you can now view the message directly in the inbox, without having to "go to a new page". All is done here in the form of an accordion.
And the even more amazing feature that has been implemented straight into your inbox is that you are now able to reply directly to said message straight from your inbox. No more massive amount of clicking before you have arrived at your destination. Everything is now done straight from your inbox!
The composing of a new message has also gotten a cleaner layout than you were used to.
Disabled for now:
- Deleting more than one message at a time.
- Outbox and Trashcan (100% styled and released).
