That's what we thought.
(70.34.147.194, known as 'US Signal Company, L.L.C.' )
I saw and still see no ban from us on that address.
Can you please connect to/play on another UrT servers?
(I am trying to find out if you might have a local network blocking for UrT = port 27960. More precise for any internet traffic outside web browsing or email)

I can connect/play on other UrT servers...... I generally have a decent ping on most servers... Not really sure what's going on..
