There's a scrolling bug on some of the shorter pages. The effect is that one can not scroll down to the bottom of the page because the view always jumps back to the top again immediately. The problem seems to be associated with the height change of the header.
Here's a video of that:
I'm using the latest version of Chrome

@Zap,
Sadly that is one of the bigger bugs on this site, no worries though. It will be fixed with the layout update
Edit.
The code that causes the jumpy feeling when scrolling down is the reason behind that as well.
All major bugs are going to be fixed.

i suggest also a french community forum.... and a spanish one...
i know, we dont have french members, but once such a person comes to the forums, he/she/it might be under impression, that only german or polish people are wellcum in this clan... making such forums might ecourage them to talk in forums, also in other than just this french one, and eventually to apply. Same about spanish...

The main issue with adding several forums is that we need someone who can moderate those specific language forum categories. If we haven't got people who are selected forum moderators for those languages, then it's not worth adding them as we cannot action posts if users start behaving badly.
That is the main reason to why I am hesitant to adding more language forums than those already available. But as I said, chances are that more language specific forums can come in the future, but for now we wont add more.
----
The reason to why I added Polish and German forums is because those two languages are the most spoken in the server and in this community at the moment. Yes, we have had a few players who do speak other languages.. but it's not worth adding language forums for 2-3 players. But adding French and Spanish forums would result in the need to add Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Russian... and whatnot.. and it'd result in having 1 category for every single language in the world.
The main language here is still English, so that is the language we are sticking to apart from having specific categories for the major languages spoken in our community.
