To whom it may concern:
I am writing to you to due to several unfortunate acts in the past 2 hours on the Eagle DN server. The full account of the event is below:
On Saturday 6:30 PST, the server admin assumed that I was an American. I told him that no, I am not an American. But he insisted and told me that I told him that I was an American. I am not actually an American, and I feel offended. I have never said that I am an American. A subsequent abuse followed and I felt as if my dignity has been taken away because of this. As a result of a confrontation with the admin, I was subsequently temp banned three times when I tried to explain my situation. The admin took no pity at all and did not address my concerns whatsoever.
This is a direct violation of the server rules about disrespecting players and admins and a gross violation of our ethics and morals.
I am a regular DN server player and I have not had this big of an insult imposed on me in the few years I have been playing on here. I hope that this situation can be resolved soon and request the admin be removed from his position immediately.
Thank you for your time and concern. I look forward to many more hours on the fun DN servers.

The Tempban you got happened some time before
and was caused by 3 Warnings, because you Spawnkilled by HE-Nades and rapid Teamchange, also for intentional Blocking.
You were not tempbanned after that.

Dear Sir,
With regards to the chat - the chat log does not show the messages before "well i'm poor". It reveals the assumption made. This is a biased and misleading crop of the console. I would suggest going to the console messages before the first message copied and pasted on this forum. I have full confidence in the fact that I was presumed.
With regards to the temp ban, I was fully aware of the first two. But I would like to refute the claim that I was intentionally blocking. At the time, I was climbing the electric cables with another player - tsm. The electric cables were not in the way of anyone and I am sure that tsm was not an admin. And thus, I believe the third reason to temp ban me was a blatant excuse to remove me off the server. Heck, the admin was not even on my team. The admin was annoyed at what I was discussing and decided to temp ban me.
This was in fact, a fraudulent act. I never had any intention to block anyone - only to climb electric cables. Thus, there was no valid reason within the legal server rules for the admin to temp ban me.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
P.S. You must think that your signature is really cool. As a person who has studied relativity at a high level, it isn't. It's just lame.

This is not merely a discussion of a temp ban. This is an act of injustice - an violation of power. And you sir, are in gross violation of it. All players should be treated equally. You have spewed a flurry of insults, disrespect and abuse of power. I would like you to address this problem.

If an admin disrespects a player for a false, I believe it is in the best interest for the player to falsify the claim and defend himself. Otherwise, politically, the admin will continue having the power to be able to disrespect and insult a player without consequences. This case is not merely a discussion about a temp ban. It is a discussion of abuse of power and the dignity of players.
I do not believe that the admin is fit to be an admin and I request that the admin be removed or suspended from his position immediately.
