let's not make a state affair out of this or to rephrase it: i have a hard time taking this report seriously.
the both of you seem to be the only ones on the server (i was online myself for a few minutes)
this guy wants to play and you are basically trolling him by simply wasting time in spawn.
based on the demo i can not determine whether this guy was sk during normal gameplay, from this point of view the demo is basically useless.
if you don't want to play move to spec, do not give other players the impression you are there to play but instead keep teasing them.
i'd even make a step further and suggest that he tried to encourage you to get back into the game.
you uploading a demo here and filing a report looks an aweful lot like the cheap attempt to twist a rather harmless situation into something that might get the other guy in trouble.
aside from my personal views on the matter, we of course will take action and ask yode kindly not to enter the spawnarea even if tempted by opponents.
