Nearly 100 suicides and many, many attempts to teamkill (some successful).

Some fool like that some time... If i see him do this in server i tempban few hours no more, but out of server i leave head admins take charge.

I understand ... but play with this kind of peoples makes me lose the desire to play again.

Honestly I'll give a definitive BAN to all the "smart players" that playing only to provoke others.

No admis has given its opinion, admins, what do you think?
