For me he is clean. Try to watch the demo again with this command /r_shownormals 1
So you can see through the walls. He used sound to locate the enemies and he is a very experienced player.

EDIT: Oh and the demo is a bit short to show his possible tool.

I have the same opinion as Livius, I see no proof of WH and even less of AB.
