Yep that was Spawnkilling right enough.
So I ran the user id, pulled his stats: they have connected 4 times total from a dynamic IP, no other user id or accounts connected to him/her/them/whatever, that IP address only turns up on 5 out of 80 blacklists, and they have no warnings.
I'm going to place a warning/notice about spawkilling on the account and when next they log in hopefully one of us will be available to have a polite little chat about The Rules.
Once we know for sure they Have Been Told we can, if necessary, scale up the response. Hopefully he will listen to admins when they speak and no one will have to deploy The Banhammer of Loving Correction.
