3 seconds is way enough to jump out of position.
Additionally, I think spawnkilling means respawning and instantly getting killed. After 3 seconds it's just no longer instant and it's basically fair game. Everyone has enough time to react and they both know approximately where the enemy is about to be.
True, but that's just blatancy and it's honestly never happened to me on servers with such active admins.
If anything, I'd vote for upping the protection time to 5 seconds or something. But I'd not make it "against the rules". I find myself picking 1 or 2 afk spawn kills when I can't find anyone elsewhere on the map, too. And I don't want to get insta kicked because somebody loses their shit over me

I tried my best to get people to vote, spamming it in server etc so if people couldnt be arsed to come here and vote that's their problem not mine.

Thats exactly what I mean. You did your best to get people to vote. I was spamming asking them to vote too. But they didnt vote (but many of those ones, who like spawnkill, and did not come vote, will cry about it being forbidden)
... And that is exactly the funny thing about democracy I dont say what I'd rather.
What i ment by my previous 2 posts is just a little comment "Democracy is funny" (in any conditions, big national vote, or small vote referring to a rule in a gameserver... or anythign else), and thats all, but as it might start a political discussion (or more like a fight) i said that if anyone feels like deleteing my posts (previous 2 + this one), go on.
