So I have been thinking.

I do not know how the server can be altered, but I do feel as if some people need more recognition.

Sometimes you need a medic badly, but no one is around or some people just flat out pass you up. What if there was a stat for healing other people(ie how many health points/people/etc you have been of service too). This might encourage more people to heal others no matter the cost if they know they are getting some kind of statistical value out of it.

I always like to think of it like basketball...Sure Lebron and Kobe score all the points(Killers), but they are nothing if they dont have any assists from there teammates(medics).
