i think i stop playing on eagle until laggs over cuz my xrl was 89 i think but the laggs made it drop no exuse but i think the server is unplayable and i will do my best to get 1+ xrl stat

Imo it is the best way to increase your skill! Later, when lags going to stop u'll be like Terminator!

Please keep improving, and apply again if you feel like it when you improve much. Remember that ratio is not really the only thing that counts (Lodbrog is the best example, much lower ratio than mine, and he pwns me like a bitch), BUT it does count too. Youre a cool guy so id love you to apply again once you do really improve.
