Hello,
OK, some things about your application.
We don't really accept applications for admin positions. We search and choose admin candidates based on several different aspects, like balancing the gaming atmosphere and understanding the aapliance of rules in the server. Most, if not all, of our admins have been playing the game on our server for a long time.
Several have started has members and after watching and understanding the work of the admins, have become admins themselves. But not all members become admins and not all admins are mebers. Like I said, we search and choose based on what we believe is better for the gameplay on the server.
Also, we find that age is a factor when choosing an admin.
We demand a high level of responsability of all our admins and sometimes it's not fair to ask for that kind of responsability from a younger player who doesn't have as much experience as the position sometimes demands.
So, for now, this application is closed/denied.
