[TempBan] help me please

I have been behaving to avoid another warning but when I was playing I suddenly got kicked and it said something about 16 penalties in 5 days. After being put on my last warning, I made sure I would behave and believe I did not disobey a single admin or spawnkill or not play the objective and troll. Please tell me why I have been banned?

After reviewing you track record (past behaviour), an admin decided that 16 penalties in 5 days is too much.

it's not a ban appeal, i was on my 15th and would like to know what the 16th is because i was just normally playing without causing trouble to anyone whatsoever and all of a sudden i get banned.
